Order Procedure
Placing
and order
After successfully placing an order, there
will be an
automatic email sent out to the email of
your account
or the email filled in for non-members.
Please double-check any spelling errors or
your spam
folders if there is no email received. Any
capital letters
in the email will result in failure of
email delivery.
Product
preparation
It approximately takes 3-7 business days to
prepare items. During the preparation, you
may be
sent emails informing you of items out of
stock.
Please reply to the emails to be refunded
for the item
or exchange for an item under the price and
be
refunded the price difference. No reply to
emails may
result in the order held up from
dispatchment,
Shipping
The tracking number can be found on My Page
or
through the automatic email sent out. We
use DHL
for deliveries, so customers may contact
their local
DHL directly with the tracking number to
make their
own arrangements regarding delivery.
Taxes
All packages are inclusive of taxes incurred in Korea ONLY.
We are not responsible for any taxes and custom fees incurred outside of Korea.
When the foreign custom taxes are not paid and the package is returned as a result, the return fees incurred will be reflected on your bill and refund amount.
Return Application
Please email us at global@justone.co.kr
with the following details:
-Order number
-Product number and name
-Reason for return
-Attach photos if applicable
Return will only be accepted with
applications made
within 10 business days of receiving items.
Defects
Please attach clear photos of defects. You
may be
approved for refund without return if it is
confirmed
that the item is defective.
Other
reasons
For reasons other than defect, the item
will have to
be returned to our address in Korea on the
expense
of the customer. If the items remaining on
the order
do not meet the free shipping standard of
$150 USD,
the initial shipping fee will be deducted
from the
refund amount ($20 within Asia and $30
outside Asia).
Any custom fees and taxes incurred during
return will
also be reflected on the refund.
Lost Packages
Please email us at global@justone.co.kr
with the following details:
-Order number
-Full Name
-Contact Number
-Address
We will confirm with DHL regarding your package.
Depending on their response, another delivery attempt
or refund may be issued. We will keep in touch with
both sides.
